Blue Mountain Inspections

Meet Your Inspector

I’m a family man first—a husband and proud father of three. Just like any parent, I understand what’s at stake when choosing the right home, and that perspective is at the heart of how I run my inspections.

My training comes from AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute), a well-known and respected leader in home inspector certification. This education equips me with proven methods, industry standards, and the technical knowledge needed to evaluate homes accurately and objectively.

Before becoming a professional inspector, I earned my Bachelor’s from Texas Tech University, where I developed the analytical and communication skills that now help me break down complex findings into clear, useful information for my clients.

My mission is simple: provide a thorough inspection and a clear report, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

Regardless of whether or not you attend the inspection, we will compile a comprehensive Spectora report, which includes all of the information you need to determine the condition of the home.

We will deliver our report quickly of the conclusion of your home inspection, so that you can quickly access a full overview of our findings – and discuss them with us and your agent.
